Your online appointment will only become binding once you have received confirmation from us by email or telephone. For example, if you book on the weekend, confirmation may not be sent until Monday. If you book during our holiday season, confirmation will only be sent after our holiday. You can find the holiday dates here.
If you have statutory insurance, you can come to us as a self-payer. We are a purely private practice! You can find out the costs for an initial consultation by telephone before you register for an appointment.
Please keep your confirmed appointment or - if necessary - cancel it at least 24 hours in advance using the link sent in your confirmation email or by telephone. In case of a short-term cancellation or no-show, we reserve us the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50 euros, as our time is valuable to us.
